  Facility Training
 
EcoEZ export facility staff members receive extensive training in holding and handling best practices from experts in the field, each with 15, 20 or more years of experience. Facility staff members are also trained in organism identification, organism screening/inspection and water quality management best practices which meet or exceed MAC, ISO and OATA standards. Facility staff training is ongoing and is conducted using a variety of experts from the field, industry and science communities to ensure continuous improvement of growth and development of staff skills.
